  • Some questions re: VF Engineering supercharger kits

    Howdy Guys,
Have been browsing the US online stores (bad for my bank balance I know) and have noticed that VF sell 2 different supercharger kits for the VR. One is a "US Spec" kit and the other is, funnily enough, a "NON-US Spec" kit. I imagine the only difference is in the chip? Different fuel octanes etc? If I was to order a kit would I be correct in ordering the "NON-US Spec, OBD1" kit?

    Cheers Bruddas

Thanks Tim i'll do that. Haven't decided yet guys, it's a lotta dough to fork out Was thinking of trying a short ratio diff first to see how much that improves acceleration (if i can find someone in Canberra that will do the install!) but I don't think i'd want a shorty in with the charger if I decided to take it that far. Hard decisions
