VR6 strange noise

Guys this engine may be getting transplanted but even if so i will have the other one apart anyway and take some digitals for yas explaining the procedure and timing no worries, one way or another its coming apart.

I had a bad sound from my about a week ago. Starting it cold it sounded like a diesel aswell. Was just after a oil change too (only use the best lol).

Turned out to be one of the hydrolic tappets staying opened. Noise stop when the oil temp got hotter. scared the hell outta me tho, cos i thought it was the chain.

My was diferrent: when started runing normally but whem comming hot noise is loud.

Wow,, I had a bit of a Google on the subject, that's a pretty daunting task alright.

My two tensioner is totaly broken at 1 million pieces. Any idea where i can finded this piecs (around crankshaft, around camshaft or everywhere) ?
