Gear shift linkages repair kit

I'm wanting to get a repair kit for the shift linkages. Has anyone used the kit that VW Heritage sell or are there better kits available?

have you checked on usr? I got one from ebay still in pack but might go with the ones from usr judging by the comments people are very happy with the kit

If you're paying someone else to do the labour then it'd be smarter to go a decent kit rather than an ebay jobbie
