Wobbly seats

Hi, so I'm getting my mk2 up to RWC and I've found both the front seats to be pretty wobbly.
As per some suggestions that I've found, I put new rail guide clips in like these ones:

While this has made a great improvement, my seats still seem to be pretty wobbly, both of them at the front (more side to side than up and down) and the drivers still seems a little shaky (up and down) on the inner rail
I noticed that the inner rails had a second clip but I can't find it online, any idea where to look?
And what's with the front? Does that usually have a clip in it too or is it just a "feature" lol?
Finally, is this the clip I want to get to reattach my door bumper (as in the black strip with the gti logo?

Hi Jake,

You most likely need these rubber guide pieces:

A4 A6 Guide Piece Clip Front Seat Rail 435881203A | eBay

It says in the ad that they are for an Audi but they also fit our Mk2 Golfs. They had completely disintegrated on my Golf and I was getting the same side-to-side wobble after they'd fallen apart. Replacing them made a massive difference, seats are now nice and tight. You will need 1 of them per seat and they go where the lever mechanism is towards the front base of the seat. Unfortunately I don't have any pics, but you should be able to work it out. They are a tight fit when installing fresh ones, just keep that in mind. I hope this helps?

Thanks Dom, ordered so hopefully get them within the year (why does it take SO much longer to come from the UK than anywhere else in the world? Lol)
As far as the back bit goes, I've got these clips:
Seat Guide Runner SET OF 4 Clips FOR VW Golf MK2 83 92 | eBay
But it looks like there was another one in front of the inner one (hoping that makes sense) anyone know where I could get one? I'm thinking I might have to go to VW themselves
