  • Help with whatever the noise be

So every time i unlock my door i here a buzzing noise come from the back of the car, goes for about 20secs and then stops, my central locking doesnt work, so i was thinking this may be the problem! has anyone got the same noise?

sounds more like a air compressor to be honest :/

Its the little air pump running making the noise probably. It's located in the boot on the left hand side, inside a foam case which is held on by a rubber strap.

These are correct. Sounds like the pump is still working, pull your door trims off and check for leaks in the system between both doors and the boot lock.

Has the central locking ever worked?

Bamish is right on the location

and i can only assume it has worked! ill get onto fixing the LHS door handle and assembly, hopefully the reason for the noise will be uncovered!
