After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. • Bushings??

    Hi guys,

I would like to replace my bushings to stiffer poly ones, mainly the ones that are associated with the major suspension components, is there a kit available that would replace them all or should i really only change the major ones?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    major suspension components??
do you mean bump stops, top mounts, wishbones, rear axle etc.

ive just recently put in powerflex polybushes in the front wishbones, rear axle. front crossmember yet to be done.
and have got standard rubber for the bumpstops and top mounts.
and its great!!! polybushing the wishbones and rear axle is a must, it makes it so much tighter and nicer to drive, with a tad more vibration.

i think there a kits for the whole car, or you can buy the individual bush sets. prothane, powerflex etc do the whole car so take your pick.

Power Steering cars use 1 bush.
Non power steering cars use 2 bush's.
