dont go bigger than 16s on an A2! start with the gearbox, source it yourself. but if you wanna go vr6, get a wrecked one from auction and use the vr6 tranny www.pickles.com.au/damaged or www.manheimfowles.com.au and do as much of it yourself as you can. i have a heap of resources on how to do the conversion if you're interested...

Its a damn site cheaper to bring a Mk2 to top nick than a VR6. You've got a really pretty Mk2 there. Concentrate on it.
