How to remove/ replace the A/T shifter knob

Guys my shift knob on my MK2 needs to be replaced already, can you show me how to remove the shift knob. if you have pics that would be great! Thanks a lot

It looks like a very tedious and very complicated fix for this one coz the shifter console seems to be connected with the dash itself.

get a bentley manual.. im sure it will tell you how to pull it apart
