Child Restraint Bar

Hey all,

So I need help. My wife is due in 3 days and it was my job to organise the child seat. So all was cool, and had organised it for today.

But now the seat fitter person is telling me I need a child restraint bar to be fitted into the car. Does any one know where I can get one from? Or borrow for a year till I can get a seat that doesn't need the bar? I live in Sydney, any help would be appreciated. Obviously I need it asap.

Thanks redmk2gti. I have spoken to Matt, and things are looking ok provided I have the bolts/slots where the bar fits into.

Well not looking good. No slots and the bar that Matt had was for a mk3. I may have to buy a new car.

pm dangerdan on here, he nabbed the last one to get his Mk2 complianced, but he may not need it now
