  • Coilover options (AGAIN !) - something between KW and HT/JOM

Okay, I know this has been discussed many times.

I have used top price KW and cheap Hotuning. KW no doubt is best coilover but it doesn't make sense to put $3000 coilover in a $3000 car. Hotuning is cheap but to be honest I don't like it, it's so hard that I felt my Mk1 and my back was going to fall apart. Therefore I'm looking at something in between, e.g Weitec, FK etc. Has something used them in their Mk2 ?
We should organise another coilover test drive like what Hawk did.

Ive driven a MK2 with Weitecs (Robin's) and that was a very good compramise. Compfy ride but still handled brilliantly and they aren't too expensive either. A set of Weitec GTNs will set you back AUS$1445 delivered

      why are you fitting coilovers?

Alot of people underestimate weitecs, they are a decent brand and especially in the mk3 world in europe everyone loves them!
