Anyone got a power steering rack under the bench for a Mk 2. They're heavy to drive when they're diesel turbo!

I sure do! even have the pump with mounts, pulleys and hoses off a 16v front cut. Only done 37000kms aswell but its for a left hand drive, so unsure if it can be reversed to suit...Originally posted by GTDTdiMk2 View Postsigpic

I have all the bits needed from a SEAT GTI or a Mk2, Golf Mk2 whichever you prefer.

Hello all. Not been on here for months, so sorry but still keen on power steering for the 'Soot box' Mk 2. It's become my wifes daily drive as the Vr went to a mate. Wife is in UK for a month so I get my car back and want to do the power steering and poss air con while she's gone. Rack and pump needed. Please shout if ya have 1.
