Living on the Gold Coast, enjoying the endless summer.
Not a lot of Mk2ige in the country!! I have found a few Mk1's but all 5 doors or autos.
Is it possible to import older dubs?

Welcome Walshy another pom here. Yeah it is aslong as it's an 88 or older. I brought my 2 door mk2 GTI over with me. I'm suprised people aren't buying mk1 GTI's atleast given they are worth $10K here in decent condition.
Nothing to stop you bringing a late model small bumper in at all

Shipping has been covered a few times on this forum, due to a few Poms coming over, and bringing thier cars.
From memory, it's about 7-8 grand (AUD) for it to be shipped, customs duties, conpliancing etc etc.(a rough all up total) Not including the cost of the car of course.
