  • Mk2 Maladies...

    Volkshumans,
I'm really struggling to find parts for my Mk2. With the stuff I'm used to dealing with - Jap Gear, its simply a matter of a couple of phone calls around town and I can get absolutely anything I need. At the very worst its a couple of calls to J then some freight.
    Its doing my head in.
Is there a parts source that I'm not aware of that everyone uses for Mk2 gear?
I've tried all the usual suspects with no luck.

But then you would be stuck with a Jap car.... wheres the fun?

Update your location and we can tell you where the best places are. I think its case of knowing where to look and who to talk to.

eBay UK is also a good idea for smaller items, the seller may say they dont ship to Australia but most of them do if you ask nicely.

I've pretty much had every Jap car I've ever desired so now I'm going back to my Eurotrash roots. I find myself desiring a 964 Carrera 2 again also...
I'm in Perth so I've tried Joe at Golfwagen and I have a mate at ASV but I have come up dry thus far.

Best and cheapest place is GAP if you need to buy a bunch of stuff. They bundle everything together and send it in one box. The next best place is Matt.

What parts are you looking for?
