Ok, cam shaft out and it's got hydraulic tappets/lifters. Thanks anyway loon & jean.
I'm continuing on to clean the tappets and hopefully unblock oil galley holes..
I'll let you know how it goes
A late reply, but a reply non the less!
I ended up taking the sump off to check the oil screen (which was fine).
Flushing the engine (which didn't fix it).
To eventually figure out that it was an exhaust leak (gasket on back to front)!
