    Hey guys, just looking for some parts for the mk1 golf, hoping some of you have some stuff lying around you'd like to part with possibly?

    Headlights (upgraded)
    Side mirrors (black left and right)
    Door handles (black front left and right *outside*)
    Inside door pulls/armrest
    1/4 windows (closed or open with frame and good seals don't need glass)
    Sunvisors
    1 clinch bolt for seat
    Clock VDO
    1.6l petrol starter motor
    3/4 seals in good condition

    Let us know what you got guys, pic of how she's coming along!

    hey mate. I have all the highlighted items, maybe a few of the others. Pm if you interested and I'll get you some pics.

        Looks like you've made quite a bit of progress since i popped over with some stuff! Love it mate keep it up! Jdrose beat me to it, but have some handles here too! Haha pretty sure i got door pulls/armrests too!
        CURRENT: '76 MK1 Golf 2dr (1.8 8V, twin webers.. soon to be 16v )

          Hahha yeah still not enough progress though! I've got the full swap kit. Engine and gearbox just needed to put it all together. But time/space is a massive issue [emoji25]

            Hahah it will never ever feel like enough trust me. What direction you going with engine and the gearbox?

              Yeah man that'd be awesome, especially if you could bring the mk1 I'd loveeeee to have a look at it and see how some bits and pieces are meant to go.

              A little something like this matched with a vr6 box. I know the 02J is better but this was cheap and heard they're pretty reliable.

                Ooooooo did you happen to get that motor off a gentleman by the name of Sam? that should be a bucket load of fun when its done!
