Front mount I run a SuperProPoly one. I got it from SupercheapAuto.
No particular issues with running the urethane mount.

Check Ebay for Prothane bushings. You can get an entire set of bushes including all engine mounts for US $70.00.

Can't go wrong.

Get a diesel/16V oilpump if you need a new one. Higher volume and pressure won't hurt.

thanks will look around at those places
my relief is stuck ok when it is hot
but about 110 psi at 2500 rpm when cold
will build up enough pressure to make engine break down at
revs when cold

Diesels have the pumps used in the 16v engine (They took the diesel pump and integrated it into the 16v when they first designed it). So yes you are right.
