Eurowise conversion kit

Hey guys, another silly question.
Thanks to Jdrose, I now have a eurowise clutch conversion kit.
But I have no idea how to install this thing. I've tried looking around on the net for some sort of installation guide but I just can't seem to find anything, surprisingly.
Could anyone with experience guide me with installing the conversion kit?
