Looking for auto elec

Does anyone know a good auto elec that has some experience on mk2 digifents? I need a someone to re wire a whole mk1 with mk2 running gear. Yes this car has been running before with the setup but has some issues throughout the entire car so I guess the easiest would be to start from scratch.

Btw I don't care if the elec is a backyarder, just needs to know his vw's.
