  • I have come to a conclusion!!!!

    hey all

i have made up my mind that i want BBS RS or RM wheels!!,
the reason for that is because i am inlove with them HEAPS, i know that
i already have a set of multi-spoke wheels on the car, but the 17" are just too big therefore it looks like a steamroller... im looking for a set of bbs's or similar replicas in australia to buy or swap for my 17''

    any ideas fellas??

I'd love a set too but I doubt I'd find any with the correct bolt pattern and offset. Also, Wabit not meaning to put a damper on your fantastic idea but you'd probably have to swap about 4 sets of your 17" wheels to afford these nice and EXPENSIVE BBS's. But keep an eye on Ebay. As I will or if any of the guys are importing a few motors we might be able to pick some up cheaper from Europe and get them shipped over at the same time.

Oh yeah, and in my opinion replica wheels should never be used.

My mate Tass wants to sell his genuine BBS wheels. $1500-$2000 I think. If you are serious, I`ll ask him.

                    Front 15 x 6.5 et25

                    Back 15 x 7 et15

RS are nicer than RM's as per your original post. They are the wheels in my sig you saw on Friday without caps looking dirty. Would want $1200 as that is what they have cost me!

Do some research although having just looked on e-bay there is nothing in 4x100 for any amount of money

Oh yeah RM's are heavier and chaeper to buy.

Those wheels look huge in photo's for some reason. Here they are before they were on your jetta
