Valve Spring Removal Tool

got a vw diesel golf and need a tool to remove valve spring covers to access valve stem seals to replace.
does anyone know where to get a cheap tool that works.
or can I borrow one to use of someone out here in vw land.

This style of tool works. It includes an air hold adapter so you can use compressed air to hold the valves up if you're doing the job in the car.
