another attempt at an update, today did a quick mock up with the fenders and the grille



and also started polishing up some new handles! super happy with the outcome and cant wait to get them on.. some progress shots below







also sanded, smoothed, shaved and tinkered in the bay. minimal bog was used for maximum results. will post some shots tomorrow

Madd car dude i was lookin at this one couple months ago but didnt have time to go nd pik it up it looked like it was a Good buy congrats!!.. I landed on another Mk1 tho NWS plated same as urs 76 model just got it couple weeks ago.. Cant wait to start workin on slowly slowly.. What area you from??

and yeah I don't know what his deal is, i've been speaking to him on and off since i sold it just helping him out with a couple things he wasn't too sure about how to go about changing over/fixing etc but yeah not so sure whats happening it keeps going up and down off gumtree...

...may or may not be commencing a full respray in the next couple of weeks (have a week off uni as well )

thinking about respraying either mexico beige or atlas white (as i've ALWAYS wanted a mk1 2 door in a crisp beige-y colour)

new window seals, chrome trim (window chrome and side trim), new carpet and new headliner to top it off

Just need to decide on a colour! :O
