Front Panel Available in Aust?

Hi guys,

I am having a dilemma trying to source a front panel with the cross member built into it like the one in the link below but located in Australia. The one in the link is perfect but postage racks up to 170GBP...

I understand that you can identify one with the cross member in it by being able to see the tow hook present. Also, I am aware that there is the option of restoring the one that is already there in my car but at the moment it is a little worse for wear so am leaving last as a last option...If anybody was willing to cut one out of an old shell on the way to the scrap heap then you have a willing buyer here waiting
