Lond time since I updated this. I lost faith with the project and nearly sold it, but am back into it now with a vengeance.

Interior is fitted in, Mk2 dash looks schmick and got the Ibiza GTI clocks in there sweet.

Wiring is done and its all driveable. Brakes work

Just had it all checked over by an engineer and its peachy.
The only things I have to do are shield the pod filter, make the rear indicators flash yellow not white and fix the wipers.

He was impressed with the standard of our welding and the standard of the worK

Could be registered by next Friday if I pull my finger out.

Had to take the Borbets off as they were too big for the engineer, looks OK on 14s, maybe open to offers on the borbets.

It got engineered today.
I have papers that say it can be registered and go on the road.
If I had money, I would buy rego.
Maybe after chrissy.
Still a result though.

Long time since I updated this.

Got a cheap respray done and its now all the same colour and shiny.

Couple of bits to finish inside the cabin, all else is good to go.

Had a crazy mission last night involving much swopping and bartering with one of the Scirocco bretheren.

Basically he ended up with ATS Cups which look sweet on the Rocco and I ended up with P Slots and some other booty.

The dilemma is that P Slots dont look good on most cars. Thought I`d slap em on the caddy for a laugh.

I reckon they look horn and should stay, what do you lot think ??

This already has an engine conversion. 2L EFI from a Golf 3 / Ibiza GTI with factory management. And its already engineered as such.
