Damm that ****s wacked out man, to me they just don't seem to insincere in there apologies

Hey Everyone,
I'm Matt Glaser, one of the guys at Far Out Parts, and I'm here to explain things. This thread has been brought to my attention, and I want to start off by saying how sorry I am that things have gotten to this point. At one point, we were sponsors of this very forum.
My friend Jason and I decided to start the business because we both loved Rabbits, and he was living in Capetown. We thought we could run an enjoyable and successful business importing Rabbit Parts to the US, blending our hobby with making a little money. For awhile, it was working out pretty well.
Around 8 months ago, we started to have real problems with all of our suppliers, and incurred a great deal of costs trying to bring over the parts. Coupled with the poor performance of the dollar against the South African Rand and the Euro, we started to lose money on many transactions and have been really pressed to keep a consistent inventory. The result is that many of the parts we used to carry are consistently on back order, and I realize that this has frustrated many of you. We issued refunds to many many customers as soon as they found that the wait would be so long, and will continue to do so.
Both Jason and I have full-time jobs in addition to Far Out Parts, and we will be shutting down the business permanently just as soon as we get all of our outstanding orders resolved. In the end, the realities of the marketplace were just too much for us, and the costs we've incurred were just too much to maintain any sort of consistency. I do business with a lot of people, and let me tell you, I'd be super pi$$ed off as well. I do realize that we don't have anyone answering the phones right now, as we just can't afford it, and the constant backlog of calls makes it pretty tough for us to get back to you. If you have an outstanding order or issue for us, I promise that we'll handle it as soon as possible.
Please believe me when I say that Jason and I aren't bad guys, and we're not trying to take anyone's money. We've been horribly busy and backlogged, and at this point we're just trying to get everything taken care of.
If you have an outstanding order with us and haven't heard back, I can almost guarantee that my Far Out Parts address is being blocked by your server as spam or something, so here's a new procedure:
All outstanding orders, refunds, returns should contact me directly at my gmail address, which is anklor@gmail.com. I'll get back to you within 48 hours and will let you know the status of what you ordered. If we can't fulfill the order in a timely fashion, we'll make sure you're refunded all of your money immediately. We're still working on a bunch of back orders right now, so chances are your order is still in the mix, but if you haven't heard from us I definitely want to hear from you...
Once again, I can't apologize enough for all this. There's a lot of venom in this thread and I hope I can convince you that we really went into this with the best of intentions, and I'm going to do my best to make it right.
Apologetically,
Matt Glaser
