New Wheels. Anyone stretch tyres and recommend best to suit

I think that style of wheel suits a phatter bit of rubber.

I also think that putting such a small tyre on a wheel when you don't need it (could easily fit a 195/45 with ET 3 is silly. But thats just IMO.
