  • Mate I've got a seat in mine if you need (providing it's going at this stage)

might even give you a spell behind the wheel too!

infact i'd probably be handy to have a spare driver, to the less experienced of us.

    • I saw this coming months off. Doms too busy buying wheels when he should be prepping the bodywork. Come on geezer!

      • Stop buying wheels and get ready for the nats!!! Now - get into that garage and get the rest of that body ready for painting and just do it already!

            • First, congrats on the 2000 post Dom! Volkswagenist it is!

secondly, I can go bonnet less. not that there is much too see under my bonnet, but I could still do it! hahah although, the burn out. well I'm not sure I've enough power for that! hahahaha

thirdly, woot to me for 2000 posts!

              • I understand completely Dom about not getting it finished & it can be very frustrating.

Remember people, that not all of us on this forum are mechanic's, panel beater's, engineer's, machinist's etc. & can tackle all the work required on the vehicles we build.

How many of you out there can do 100% of the work yourself? I know I definately can't.

We all need the help of other's at some stage & that help doesn't revolve around the car or the owner's, but when people can manage it.

Please keep this in mind people.

P.S. Love the wheel's Dom. I'd still paint them the standard silver color though. The 80's bright white color coding is alittle out there for me!
