I calculate that the side walls will be angled at 19 degrees from the flat face of the wheel and the unladen diameter will be 429.6 mm.
-if you can find someone silly enough to fit them.
It's basically a 4 inch tyre onto a six inch rim so the side wall has to come in one inch on each side.
