Are you rebuilding the engine? I'm assuming that is a 150 compression on #4, which is quite low for a KR, and a decent variance against 180

Pull the head while it's nice and easy, but make sure you use a 12pt triple square tool on the bolts.

You can get a PL-spec gasket kit from the US for very little money and even cast 1.9 bore pistons

              just a quick update

nothing has been going on much from the previous photos

              just waiting on main parts

i just bought a wheel warming present for when the wheels arrive
they will add a nice touch and suit the hex bolt in the middle

should be getting them tomorrow or the next

                update!!!

i came accross this website called carshine.com.au...

the workshop is about a 15min drive from me
it has all european wheels big, small, silver, polished flat, dished
                BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY.... RARE!!

PICKED THESE UP FOR A STEAL....
                ZENDER sport's 15x7 4x100 and ET32 center bore is 78

but thats not the good part!!!

he had these turbo disc's 4 in black and 4 in white, never ever seen these before so i bought both colors

dunno what im gonna do with them yet...
either roll with my RS copies or the zenders

although i have purchased them i have no information on rareaty or production
                cant find any info anywhere

                    wow

                    they are some hot wheels

personally i would run them over any copy wheel

and the turbo outers im sure you could make a fortune on them

They are the zender sport ones, the covers fit on top of the rim and draw the heat outwards, you can fit them for racing or ralling etc.

the wheel i bought are the zender sports, the black and white things are brake duct caps that sit ontop of the zender wheels to ventelate my brakes... they had these on touring and rally cars in the 80's
