              Well they're not US made, so if they're over a grand in our money, you'll get 25% (10 gst, 15 in import tax). US made stuff over a grand in value will get GST only.

              Still cheap in any case, though

                ok well here's the situation

                i paid $480 USD for the wheels but shipping is an extra $400USD odd therefore making my total to $900 USD

                do i still have to pay tax

                  Nah you'll be sweet - Aslong as they didnt put over $1k on the valuation or customs don't decide they're lying about $400.

                    customs decides when they come into the country based on the current exchange rate. If it works out to be valued over $1000AUD then u will have to pay duty. unless youre really really lucky
