The Mk1 is Almost Done!

hi all, havent been on in a while, the computer died.
so the golf, pretty much done. got the carb in, got the suspension in ages ago, fixed thegearbox, modified my grille, heaps of stuff, to much to remember or list. so all i have to do is: new radiator, new battery, fit new pads and disks, and fix some cosmetics (mirrors, handles etc)

Yeah, computer's a bummer. But at least not having it gave you time to work on the car! Looking forward to the pics!

yeah mate, its exciting, as soon as i can find some money it will be on the road. all the major work is basically done, just need some cash to finish it off. ill take a few pics this arvo if my mate will bring his camera round.

the golfs out of the garage had it pumping around the flats yeasterday (as it has no brakes) but its running none the less. ill take a picture tonight or tommorow i hope. im pretty stoked about it.

Still a little more to do, like brakes, and a bit of interior work. Picking myself up some wheels in the not too distant future, should be just before or after christmas.
