with you pic in flickr there will be a url associted with it.

cut and paste the URL into your thread.
Add img tags and it should show - it will look like this:
[img]url of the pic[/img]
dont forget the forward slash in the second img bracket.
if you use photobucket instead it automatcally generates the tag for your pic - just left click on it and it automatically goes to the notepad and simply right click paste into your thread.

You need to reference the file not the page, so the part that ends in .jpg

Flickr don't really easily provide this and as such most people use other file shares like photobucket or imageshack.
