Trying to start the golf today for the first time since i put a mk3 1800 in her.
If i pull dissy out and spark plugs, the engine turns over fast,
Put dissy back in and it does same thing
Put plugs in but no leads on, it turns slower
put leads on and wire from dissy to coil and it struggles to turn over.
Ive doube checked all the timing, everything is set to TDC. Most parts are new.
One thing i noticed is im missing the second wire to starter motor, where should that connect?
