mk1 golf - Audi 80 Engine transfer help
hi all i have a mk1 and removed the GLD engine and have a Peter Shelley (canberra VW Centre) Special 1998cc (4cycl) Engine 8V (which i believe is an audi 80 motor?) If it is an 8V Audi 80 engine can i use the fuel injection setup of an another motor and convert N/A webber system over? If this is possible what sort of moey should i pay for a donor engine and what are thing i should look out for? Any advice would be appreciated. PS i belive that the engine i looked at today does come with a computer plus other bits required, how ever i do hope someone can tell me all the parts need for the trandfer? Many thanks
