Only got one Mk1 now, I have owned heaps in the past.
5 Door 1976 LS with 1.8 KR 16v engine from a Mk2, running kjet, when it works, full leather interior, Mk2 dash, Mk2 wiring loom throughout, big taillights, lowered springs, Big brakes. Resprayed Oak Green Metallic.

I have 2 other A1 chassis cars though. Mk2 Scirocco 1986 and a 1980 Caddy.

All completely standard for moment, plans are a 3 bar euro grille and eyebrow spoiler, single headlight's, etc etc

I've had the front lowered by a friend as it was a lot higher than the back and looked kinda odd.

Next plans are the 17" wheels in the 2nd pic

Ive got a 77' MKI thats bog stock except for bilstein shocks, H&R spring and an aftermarket radiator.
In time I will swap over a 2L and 5 Speed with locker.
