Ok so I stripped the paint and the rust out of my roof the other day.
Massive job but im happy that I did it.

This was the worst part. Luckily it buffed out

I found out that the A-pilers were gone
So I will be replacing them. On the bright side I have realised that the A-pillers are the worst part of the car.
So after I fix them my mind will be at ease.

I did both the front arches and plopped the bonnet back on for a quick photo shoot.

As always my photos aren't up to date. I've done the rear arches and now moving onto the doors and rear panel.
Im pretty much just doing this while I look for some parts but it should have primer on in the next few months.

    Cheers, Lofty.

P.s can anyone show me where to get some A-piller replacements for where mine is gone?

I hope while you are at it you roll the inner lip in the wheels arches.

Id highly advise this as if you want to put wider wheels on and run low.

Pop the chrome trim off by sticking a flat-head left handed screw driver in between the end of it and the plastic, undo the little screw you'll find underneath and undo the screw just inside of the door seal. It's eezy peezy.

Yay door handles off and the body work continues.
Could someone please tell me how to take the chrome trims that go around the door windows off with out mangling it?
