Cam belt change

The Mk1 has hit 150,000k's and since owning it have never changed the cam belt.
No idea if any of the previous owners have changed it either...

Before heading down to Melbourne for SEDF I want to get it done.

Anyone changed one before, things to check etc..level of difficulty?
