I finally found out why
.mk2 engines are not compatible with .mk1 kjet injection system.
The stupid mechanic at port macquarie had the .mk2 injection system but decided to refurb the .mk1 system instead.
In the end i replaced in with the original .MK1 from ASV for 700 bucks
After all that messing it was back to normal
