  • Plugs in a 77 MkI GLS

    Hi all,

I have a 77 MkI GLS but it's not at my place, it's the 1.5L and I need to know which spark plugs to buy for it before I go out to it tomorrow.
    Any ideas???

        I think you'll find its a 1.6L bro.

Search through the mk 1 section I'm sure the exact numbers have been posted a few times.

Didn't fix the issue though, needs a tune now.

check the points gap on the dizzy, rotor button and cap for wear, set the timing to standard. then fiddle with the carb. check misc wiring too to make sure it's all intact and earthing properly, that always helps.
