I used to have a 32/36 on my old 1.6. I've actually got it, and a few parts lying around, that may be of use to you. (inc spare webbers)

I bought a 'rebuild' kit off ebay. Just had a few seals, o rings etc, and new jets.

    PM me if you're interested.

Sorry, now that you bring it up, it's something that I was thinking about the other day.
Early cordobas dont have a coded key and the loom only runs from the dissy, to the ecu, coil and temp sensor. It is very self contained and only needs an earth, a live and maybe a couple of others. You could run it off the standard Mk1 fusebox if you were keen.

I'll put out a WTB in the for-sale forum for the other stuff I'll need (aircleaner, fuel pump etc)
i had this setup only problem i found with it was, that due to the weber being mouned side ways, it tends to suffer from fuel surge when de-cellerating and turing right. but if you adapt your driving style you can overcome this. as for jet sizes, they are a pain, just take it to a pro, save yourself the headaches.

Thanks for the help so far guys.

Can someone let me know which airfliter assembly and fuel pump would suit?
Is there a problem with getting the filter to not hit the bonnet?
Will I need a fuel pressure regualtor?
          THanks again!
