Vacuum Distributor Pipe placement

I found the pipe from my dizzy vacuum advance has fallen off some where.

I am running a stock carb and heard it belongs on the carb somewhere.

Also whats the capacity of a Mk1 76 petrol tank?

the vacuum advance is situated on the bottom right hand side of the carb if your looking at it front on hope this helps
