            Probably? It's only AM, so I don't give a ****.
            Got my wheels.

            They're SSR MK2's, 14x7 +12.
Going to involve a bit of effort to fit them, which i'm committed to because they're one of my favorite wheel designs of all time. Tires are 185/60 Potenza G3's, which are pretty bloody decent, but they're a fair bit too big for my liking.

At this stage, I'll try to have them fitted by DOVW (not factoring in tire change)

              • they look pretty cool!

I think you can work those fitments, with a 155/55/14. chuck those big tyres on some steelies and flog em off

Yeah glad to have them rock up early, delivery guys dropped them outside the gate i told you about so they were basically in my front yard in plain view of public.

I didn't buy them because of the colour, thinking it'll grow on me though and at least it's sorta retro.

Cheers Lawny. I have a mate with a tire shop (Barwon Tire Center) who'll do me trade price and not charge for fitting/balancing etc. Federals>Nankang's.

Don't know what to do with the Potenza's. Need a set of 14x8's with practical offsets so I can bang those wheels on for when I want to go for hard braps after I've bought some bracing.

Might hang onto this temp job I hate so I can afford some bodywork to go with the bits and pieces i'm buying for this POS.

                        • Was a bit iffy at the start but looking at the pics over n over I LIKE THEM!!

As obviously mentioned tyres will completely change the look and should look dope however if you make the centre black or somewhat, i think that would tickle my pickle.. but dont get me wrong i do like the look very much!!

                          • really like ssr mk2s but imo i'm a big fan of them all in silver, just highly polished, i rkn that would look fat on this..

think the black centre with chrome dish is done a lot

                            just my thoughts.

                            • Nah I don't rate black centers. They're mint, so no rebuilding (just to repaint) for now.

If/when i do, I'll probably go silver, but keep in mind this is SSR factory finish.
The lips are as reflective as they can be I think. Still have SSR valves and bolts, and all four centercaps.

You best believe they are in my bedroom so i can look at them a lot.

                              • Dude keep the orange!! So unique and I love it!! Defs less rubber hey but the rears look pretty good for fitment... Got coilies? If the rear sus is nice and hard all you might need is folding up the lip (depending on how low your wanting to go).. How do wheels fit up front? Got any pics? I'm about to get my steelies re-barreled so I'm trying to decide on offset!!
