        Fixed the odometer today.

All because of this little bastard.

        Little problem causing bastard fixed.
I drilled out the center of the cog the tiniest little bit and glued it back on.

Needless to say, I cleaned absolutely everything I could as I went along.

        And it works!
I might even be motivated this week. I'll organize a windscreen finally!

                Oh ****, i'm unemployed.
I'm going to need something to do for the next few days so i don't go insane being at home all the time!

                Going to:
                - Hack up the plastic-bumper number plate bracket to fit a slimline plate and mount off-center on a chrome bumper.
                - Sand off some rust and put a bit of primer over it (front valance, drivers side c-pillar etc.)
                - Have a go at making it run a bit better
                - Clean wheel arches
                ...

                I need suggestions!

                  - sit and admire it for a bit.
I'm going to the pub... I may be some time...

It's so far below being able to be admired. I could vacuum it, but that's not really progressing.

Come on... Then sit in it and admire, take in that funky MK1 smell.
I opened a box that had interior parts this afternoon and the memories all came flooding back.

                          dam dude! What happened?!

clean it all up, if your really keen take out the interior, strip the tar off the floor and re-seal. That will keep you occupied~!

                              I'll get around to it.
Turning my attention to the Mercedes because it means more to me. Full detail today, clean and repaint wheels arches tomorrow if it's sunny.

I was made redundant because of a lack of incoming aircraft parts. If it picks up they'll want to re-employ me because i do all the airbrushing they need, but i'm not going back.
I don't know how to feel. I'm not upset but I'm not entirely stoked.
