it's 100mm to the lowest point of the car,. this is generally measure to sills/gaurds/arches/bodykits/exhausts etc. if a cop is really in a bad mood they might lean under the car and look for a low point. For us, this would be control arm mounting points and the sump/gears.

Well done putting the coilovers in, the rears are easier than the fronts.
Much easier if you raise both rear wheels of the ground.

Yeah working on it. Rears are just about in.

Ethan, I payed $40 a wheel for sandblasting. But that was the wheel inside and out.

When I got defected for lowness, the bastard pig (yes I ****ing hate them) pulled out a meter long stick with a wheel on the end.
I assume the diameter of the wheel is 100mm. The rockers were about 50mm of the ground, so he smashed it into the sills trying to wheel it under haha.
              Looking forward to that again

Pictures tomorrow. (of the passenger/good side of the car)

You've read up on my VR6 experience then? Biggest regret of my life is buying that car, cut my losses, sold it for $4k.

Yeah I love this cars interior, it's a minimally cracked dashboard away from being perrrfect.

All's really left now is windscreen and brakes!

i can sympathize with you on the whole vr6 ownership though...

                    Nightmarish comes to mind.

Did my head in. I don't think I'll ever own a post-1980 vehicle again.

Excuse the reverse-rake. I AM Australian after all.

I'll raise the back up tomorrow. Has to be legal, dammit.

Rides better low, than it does high?

                              Cheers guys!

Came home from work with a little bit of motivation, and a whole lotta boredom today.
                              Finished this off:

Happy with how it turned out, should have made two!
