        did post spec's once
but as car off the road so long
it's just back to as it was when i got it
        bored out 20 thou
        balanced crank
40.5 mm and 36 mm valves ported & polished
nice cam not big but lumpy
        marly pistons (bmw)
was great to drive but head was cracked under 5 of
the valve seats which also washed the bore
        hence rebuild

        i really love the head
that first of motor and head is inside the house
my wife must really love me?
        been there a month already

Nice.. I like color under the hood!
DOnt need many mods to make a golf fun to drive... infact mk1 golfs are fun to drive without any mods!

where would be the best place to get clutch kit
                i have a 200mm flywheel which i brought off
another member who also supplied me my head
that i had built many thanks.
my local repco list a 200mm one from clutch industries
are there any variations in that size
would really be greatful for some advice

yay gone senior member to !!
