That'll be due to Westmoreland getting their hands on it
Those side indicators do my head in more then the front end. If that mileage is correct it still needs running in and it's 25yrs old
That is a find and if I'm lucky on the lottery this weekend I'll buy it

My Caddy has that front end,
its those yankee taillights that get me, yuk! Oh, and bumpers...

I think its worth the money all day, as its virtually a brand new car.
The Yankee ones sure did get a hit with the ugly stick though didnt they?sigpic Camden GTI Performance. VW / AUDI Specialists

Sure it's one of a kind. If i had 15k USD to spend. It wouldn't be on a stock GTI. esp, if I was buying from the US

If I were to buy that I couldn't live with it being that ugly. I'd probably want to change it to regular front and bumpers, but then it wouldn't be worth as much (and it'd still be LHD). I agree, museum or collection will prob be where this car ends up.Mk3.Mk4.Mk1
