  • Where's this screw?

Need some help to find a screw.

I'm removing the front L guard (wing?) and can't find the screw at the front, about bumper height.

Is it hidden under the body sealer in the wheel well?
    Or maybe behind the grill?

    Any help appreciated.
    Andy.

          No worries

Turns out there is no screw at bumper height on the golf,

that screw is fitted on the Jetta,I failed to read the text under the photo in the manual.

It's just held on by sealer on the golf.

          Thanks guys.

don't forget there a screw at the bottom on the chassis, right at the end on the bumper at the bottom.

Heat gun , good selection of knives and LOTS of PATIENCE and you will get the guard off without bending it... There is usually a ton of sealer and adhesive holding these things on...
              Lots of MK 1 Scirocco's...

If it aint a MK 1 then it must be a donor car ??
