Car weighed in at 900kg full of fuel and ready to race. Early 4 doors weigh the same as the doors contain no side intrusion bars and the 2 door has some rear bracing so it is pretty much chalk and cheese. Competition classic is unlimited speed for those with national group N rally licences and Classic challenge was speed limited to maximum 130kph but most roads were fairly tight and twisty so never came close to reaching max

Excellent work. 900KG is very good for a fully laden car with cage. Do you know what the Porsche weighed in at? Do you have any plans to get a group N license?

Good Stuff Volksee, I went to the show at night where they display all the cars and saw yours there and was glad to see a mk1 representing!
I'm also a Perth Mk1r now as of late, would be great to see your collection some time!
