          wow super clean!

has it had a respray at all? looks very neat and tidy, and pretty rust free too (on the surface atleast)

Need to get some kiwi polish onto those bumpers, to make them black again!

              licks round the edge

its got the usual suspects a few minor touch ups but for the best part the paint seems original it was a bush car (bizarooo bought it in Noosaville and the car spent most of its life in Innisplain just down the road. You can tell it has been loved. Interior is original i will post pics in better light. I didn't haggle i paid and drove away. The fuel pump has been ohauled I am reluctant to touch the 1.5 its sweet, but the clutch is tired and it needs a 5 speed. 5 good tyres. I am a painter by trade and i haven't found any serious nasties (YET) but i wasnt about to go pulling up carpet before paying. I think i will do well from this one shes a beauty i'm stoked.

She's hanging with the other diesels, its catching.

                          they dont match

the mounts don't match I have to get one from matt.

whats with the cv studs what a pain in the ass somebody butchered 2 on 1 cv and 3 on the other.

I had to beat them out with a cold chisel an 8 mm allen key head would have been fine

notice the complete chaos in the shed what a mess

I actually thought I put one in the box mate. I had one in the office and now I cant find it.

If you are handy with a welder, you can make one pretty easy. Here are some pics nicked from the other thread.

Otherwise let me know and i`ll express you one.

CV Bolts should be splines not allen bolts.

                              Thanks Matt

I will double check on the mount it still could be under the brakes in the box. my life is a little disorganized at the moment. Got a shock to the system today Ive been sitting at a desk for a few years now and have to wear glasses and got gunk and sweat all over them forgotten what its like, first rebuild with four eyes Little stiff as well.

Unfortunately the splined studs had a few suss ones , by previous unamed unknown mechanically talented individual. The heads had been beaten before to release them. Thats my story anyway! don' t panic on the mount I will give you a ring, probably will need a few odds and ends as well. Can I replace the splined stud with a simple 8mm allen key head, I have the tool that fits the spline but would prefer allen key thanks again Matt super service!

In any case I would like to replace them all
