super rip off

Is it me or am I being ripped off.

I went to Supercheap to get some ignition parts for my 1993 CAB.

Rotor Arrm $28

Distributor Cap $ 50


I also wanted leads, plugs and oil filter, however I cannot believe these prices.

$28 for a rotor arm is criminal, unless that is reasonable in your opinion, back in the UK these parts were dirt cheap. Maybe I will ship them over, along with brake pads etc.

Where do you guys go for your small servicing parts ?

Pffft, expensive yes, but that is their price. Its always possible to walk out and seek them elsewhere.
The rotors here are $14 and the cap $22.
Guess thats why you maybe should support the forum sponsors eh??

Try Coventry or Repco.

Anything that isn't cheap chinese crap or Holden/Ford is generally marked up substantially by Supercheap.

Also you have a better chance of getting someone who knows what they are talking about at these other shops so they don't firetruck up your order.

Supercheap is hopeless for auto parts,
