  • Fuse Box Help!

Hi as u know I had probs with my brake lights it turns out it was the fuse not in properly.

Then when i checked again today they werent working so i mucked around with it and got them to work.

Now the car wont start and if it does it feels like its running on 2 cylinders

The car idles at 500rpm when it used to idle at 950. The car goes like a snail so im guessing i stuffed up a fuse

    Which one would it be?

Which one controls engine or spark?

    really pissed

You might have bumped the vaccum hose off the ECU while you were under the bonnet? Easy to do!

        Its a Mk1 Andrew.

I reckon a wire or a vacuum line under the bonnet.

        Check aroiund the carby area.

But the K/jetronic has a vaccum hose to the box Loon. I bumped it off in a rally once. Idled ok but lost power. Correct me if I am wrong though.

yeah it is worked out its the carb its flooding its self hence why the plugs are getting fouled.

Im rebuilding the carb so it can be sorted...
